No Turning Back Now

Well, there is no turning back now. I finally have a ticket for London. A one-way ticket! On Saturday evening, I will be cross the pond to my new home. I definitely have mixed emotions. I am very sad to say goodbye to family and friends. Also, Schlopy has to stay in the states (lucky Grandmom and Grandad) until late July to avoid quarantine. It is going to be hard not having the little guy follow me around the house, waking me up early in the morning, and giving me sloppy kisses. On the flip side, I have not seen Jiggy in a few weeks and I miss him dearly. I am excited to start this new adventure together....experiencing a new culture, traveling throughout Europe, and just living in London is going to be amazing. We are very fortunate to have this opportunity and I am determined to make the most of it!

Kat,
Sorry I missed you today in Charlotte. Randy said he talked to you and that you were leaving around 8pm. As usual, I'm being a night owl (12:30a) so you are still in the air while I'm writing this. Hope your flight was good and you arrive safely. Give Jiggy our best. Glad to hear how well his job is going. Hope you guys enjoy settling into your flat and learning your way around London. Look forward to hearing from you. Take care.

Hi guys! We are thinking of you and hope you are getting settled into your new life abroad. Be sure the check out the Spaniards Inn--it is in Hampstead Heath. Take care and I'll let you know when I hear back from my friend that lives near you and takes her dog to the Heath.
Love,
Kristin, Mark, and Imogen
